* Delivery time starts from the date the pre-order is confirmed.

* A 50% advance payment is required to confirm a pre-order.

* The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment terms communicated by Decorall BD before delivery.

* An order will not be considered confirmed until the required advance payment has been received.

Once a pre-order has been confirmed and processing has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Customers are requested to carefully check the product details, specifications, size, colour, and other information before confirming their order.

We do not offer returns for change of mind or personal preference.

Exchange may be considered only for eligible cases according to our Refund & Return Policy.

If a product arrives damaged or defective and the issue is verified by our team, the customer may be offered the following:
