Return & Refund Policy

At Decorall BD, most of our products are specially sourced on a pre-order basis. Therefore, we follow a simple and transparent Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

All products available on our website are pre-order products, unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

* Estimated delivery time for pre-order products is 35–45 days.

* A 50% advance payment is required to confirm a pre-order.

* Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled simply due to a change of mind.

We currently do not accept returns for products that are delivered correctly and are in good condition.

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as:

* Change of mind

* Personal preference

* Wrong choice of colour, design, or size

* Product no longer being required

We may offer an exchange in cases where an eligible product has an issue, subject to our verification.

The product must be reported within the specified period after delivery and should be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging where applicable.

We take great care when packing and delivering your orders. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos/videos of:

* The product

* The damaged area

* The packaging

* The parcel/shipping label

After verification, we will provide either:

✔ Full refund, or

✔ Exchange with another available product of similar value.

If an exchange product has a higher price, the price difference may be payable by the customer.

If you receive a product that is different from the product you ordered due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate exchange or solution.

Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or banking system.

Product colours, textures, measurements, and appearance may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or manufacturing variations. Such normal variations will not be considered defects.
